RETURNS POLICY
- Due to the nature of our product, Rosenthal Meat Center has a no return/exchange policy. If you think something is wrong with the product you receive, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
SHIPPING
- Non perishable items have a flat rate of $16 to ship. Perishable items have a flat rate of $60 to ship in Texas and a flat rate of $75 outside of Texas.
- Please note that product pricing on the website does not include shipping prices. Shipping price will be calculated at checkout.
- All shipments go out with FedEx. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
- Non perishable items will go out with FedEx ground. To ensure quality of meat, all perishable items are overnighted and go out in a cooler box with an ice pack.
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at meat@ag.tamu.edu so we can file a claim with FedEx.
- Please note that you will receive your order in 1-3 business days after it is placed. Please be aware of when your package will arrive if you are expecting a perishable item.
- Please note that orders for perishable items placed after 12pm on Thursdays, will go out the following Monday. We do not ship out perishable items on Fridays since we are not here on Saturdays or Sundays to help you should a problem arise.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
