Welcome to the Rosenthal Meat Center

The purpose of RMSTC is to provide a facility to conduct teaching, research and public service activities of the Department of Animal Science. As such, it is the most comprehensive facility of its kind in the USA, devoted to the development of science and the application of that science to the solutions of problems in animal and meat science.
